Finance Associate

Job Description

  • Primary work is doing the Sales Invoice/AP/AR/auditing/Bookkeeping
  • Reconcile accounts in coordination w/ Sales Team and Warehouse personnel
  • Prepare and records entries for Sales Journal
  • Generate weekly financial reports
  • Coordinate closely w/ immediate Team leader

Qualifications

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent
  • Must be competent in interpreting financial data and make recommendations based on findings
  • Keen to details and possess a strong interpersonal skill
  • Must have strong skills in Excel (Pivot and Vlookup)
  • Must have at least 1 year of working experience

Finance Team Leader

Job Description

  • Will assist the expat Finance manager in handling in all finance and accounting matters of the company
  • Must be able to lead a team of Finance Associates
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statement and other reports
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License exam) in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent
  • At least 5 Year(s) working experience in the field is required for this position
  • Preferably Assistant manager/Manager specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or Equivalent
