Service Engineer

Job Description

The successful candidate will be joining our Service Team who will provide excellent after sales service for vivo mobile customers. Specifically he/she will:

  • Equip self with technical knowledge on vivo mobile’s products via training
  • Man the service center
  • Assess technical problems and give recommendation
  • Do actual repair approved on his authority
  • Coordinate with the Service Manager and/or HQ for escalation
  • Perform regular assessment and product review
  • Perform other technical and non-technical tasks as assigned by the Service Manager


  • The candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in consumer electronic repair or service center, preferably from a mobile industry but not required
  • Must be willing to travel for training
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be available to join and work asap.

Management Trainee

Job Description

  • Attends Training under Vivo’s Management Training Program
  • Joins and performs tasks in the Trade Marketing Department
  • Works as Merchandiser, Trainer and Field Force Supervisor
  • Performs other tasks assigned by management


  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree and a fresh graduate
  • Strong Analytical and Planning skills
  • Good Communication and Presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Must be positive, aggressive and creative
  • Must be presentable and confident
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree

Service Center Receptionist

Job Description

  • Responsible to give 1st line exceptional customer service experience at the Service Center
  • Will manage the front desk/reception of the Service center located at SM Light Mall in Boni or SM North Edsa
  • Will receive customer service repair service inquiry via telephone and walk-ins
  • Will qualify service inquiry before endorsing to service engineers
  • Will manage the data base and inventory of the Service Center


  • Must be confident and have above average communication skill
  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of working relevant experience in retail, sales, customer service or other related field is required for this position
  • Applicants must be willing to work in SM Light Mall in Boni or SM North Edsa
  • Applicants must be willing to work during the weekends following mall schedules
  • Direct hiring for probationary employment with a chance to be a regular employee
