Mandarin Speaking Business Assistant

Job Description:

Enhances the effectiveness of the business operations by providing management support by:

  • Coordinate between headquarters in China, and Manila Office.
  • Producing information, transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
  • Conserves management’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, initiating telecommunications.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protect business operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Complete projects by working with other staff, departments, and following up on results.
  • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information
  • Translating instructions, documents and other materials from Chinese to English or vice versa (if needed)

Qualification:

  • Candidate must be an average Mandarin speaking and writing skills.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must have a good command of English communication both in writing and speaking.
  • Must have a pleasing personality, creative, positive and patient.
  • Must be able to join the company immediately since this is an urgent requirement.

Service Engineer

Job Description:

  • Conduct routine or scheduled inspections of machines and equipment;
  • Use visual cues, computer software programs and diagnostic tools;
  • Test components using devices to determine whether parts are faulty;
  • Advanced electronic knowledge that allows them to troubleshoot and solve issues, which may be explained in repair manuals or through work orders issued by the company;
  • Monitor all repairs and can reach the given standard output;
  • Mindful about the TAT of every transactions handled;
  • Handle customer complaints especially if need technical help or further explanation in every reported unit repaired by the Service Engineer;
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution;
  • Provide reports for all handled units and updated status.

 

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of ECE/Computer Engineering/IT/Computer Science or any related course;
  • Preferably, with at least 1 year of experience making after sales report and doing smart phone repairs/laptop/tablet;
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino;
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications;
  • Good customer service skills and detail oriented;
  • Flexible, can work under pressure with minimal supervision;
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedule;
  • Willing to be assigned in SM North, Festival Mall, or Warehouse in Pasig.

Customer Service Representative

Job Brief:

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. CSR that will act as liaison, provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Have patience, is empathic, and passionately communicative

Requirements:

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Proven customer support or client support representative experience

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution;
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents;
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies;
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers;
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;

Inventory Assistant

Job description:

  • Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in establishment
  • Counts material, equipment, merchandise or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records, manually or using computer
  • Compares inventories to office records or computes figures from records, such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory
  • Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count, or investigates and report reason of discrepancies
  • Complies information on receipt or disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise or supplies and computes inventory balance, price and cost.
  • Prepares reports, such as inventory balance, price list, and shortages.
  • Prepares list of depleted items and recommends survey of defective or unusable items.
  • May operate office machines, such as computer, printer, fax and etc.
  • May be designated according to item inventoried or type of inventory as Inventory Clerk, Physical.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least in college level or in a 2-year vocational course
  • Preferably male with at least 5’6” of height
  • Should have a solid knowledge on modern warehouse and inventory practices, knowledge of applicable standards, equipment, materials, ordering and have a good customer orientation
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office
  • Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Has good English communication skills
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Warehouse in Pasig
